Directions

1 Place bananas in a blender and puree until

smooth.

2 Add in eggs and pulse just until combined.
 

Pulse in flour.

3 Lightly grease a frying pan with butter. Place

over medium heat.

4 Drop batter onto pan to resemble bunny

shape as shown in photo.

5 Once pancakes are done, arrange in a bunny

shape on a suitable plate.

6 Decorate with whipped cream for the tail, a

banana slice for each foot and mini chocolate
chips for toes. Serve with butter and syrup if
desired.
